Trailside Student Housing

project description

Trailside Student Living is a multifamily student housing project with 265 fully furnished units for students near the University of Washington. Their units range from a cozy studio to an expansive 5-bedroom apartment. Trailside Student Living offers access to the Burke-Gilman Trail, University Village, and UW Campus all in one convenient location.

Trailside Student Housing was awarded to Scott Coatings which has begun a new long-term relationship with a national general contractor in The Walsh Group.

One of the biggest challenges with this project was that the commencement of this project started at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. It was crucial for our team to understand and learn how to navigate through these circumstances by continually meeting our obligations to our standard of safety. Scott Coatings’ scope of work consisted of the installation of specialty wall covering, interior painting, exterior painting, and floor sealer.

The outcome of this project ended with great success always accomodating to the needs and timeline that GC set out to accomplish.
