Onni Group, a Canadian developer and GC, is becoming a dominant player in the Seattle market for new construction. 1120 Denny Way is a complex of two (42) high-rise residential buildings with a 13-story podium connected to the buildings. This residential property will consist of 1,100 total residential units.

Onni Group named Scott Coatings as the preferred painter for this tower residential project. This is a new relationship for us with Onni. This is Onni’s first major project in the downtown Seattle infrastructure. Scott Coatings’ scope of work consists of painting walls, doors, frames, ceilings, windowsills, and several levels of the parking garage. Working around delays and working closely with the GC has been very key to this project. We are excited to bring this project to life as well as the continued building of our relationship with Onni Group.
