Bellevue Tower

project description

888 Bellevue Tower is an 18-story residential tower that consists of 160 residential units, 211 parking stalls, and a retail podium. Paragon Real Estate Advisors is the developer and Chinn Construction was named the GC on this project in the Eastside.

Chinn Construction selected Scott Coatings as the painter for this residential tower. This is our first project with Chinn. Our teams scope consists of painting of walls, ceilings, doors, frames, and exterior mechanical screens. We are having great success with the schedule on this project and making it fluid and easy for the GC. This project is expected to finish up in 2020.
