Rainier Square Residences

project description

Rainier Square Tower Residences is the tallest residential building in Seattle, this iconic tower is home to a collection of ultra-luxury apartment residences. These impeccably designed 1, 2, and 3-bedroom homes are located on floors 39 to 58, offering unparalleled views from horizon to horizon.

The Rainier Square Tower project was awarded to Scott Coatings by Turner Construction based out of Seattle, WA.

There were two major challenges we were faced with on this project. The first is that the COVID-19 pandemic played a role in the implementation of new safety protocols on this project. The second is that the shell & core was being worked on by another general contractor along with subcontractors while the residences were underway. This presented floor access challenges to all parties involved that required a strategic approach.

Scott Coatings’ scope of work consisted of interior painting, installation of specialty wall coverings, and sealing concrete floors.

This project resulted in a huge success with such an iconic building in the heart of Seattle.
