Yesler Block 3
project description
Yesler Terrace Block 3 (Cypress Apartments) is a mixed-use development in Seattle, WA that consists of a concrete podium, 5 levels of wood frame, totaling 746 residential units.
Exxel Pacific General Contractors had Scott Coatings as the painter of choice of this project to do all of the interior and exterior painting as well as all of the wall covering. This was our first major project with Exxel Pacific. The schedule towards the end of this project showed itself to be a bit tough but we all worked together to push through until the end. The courtyard exterior showed itself as troubling due to the access to it but our team was able to write up a plan and execute it in a timely fashion. A great first major project with Exxel Pacific.
