Totem Lake Building C

project description

The Village at Totem Lake, Building C is a 7-story building with three levels of sub-grade parking and retail at street level. This multifamily project consists of 201 total residential units and 13 retail tenant spaces.

Venture General Contracting awarded Scott Coatings as the painter for this project. Scott Coatings is put on to oversee all of the exterior and interior painting that includes the painting of the canopies and FCP painting as well as all of the wall covering. We have a great and growing relationship with Venture. We have worked with one of their Project Managers in the past so that relationship has helped along the way in this project.

Project is still in progress and is expected to be completed by mid 2020.
