Kent Valley 1

project description

This Tiltup is a tenant distribution warehouse managed by Kidder Matthews. The existing tenant is a wine storage, order fulfillment, repackaging and transportation services.

Kidder Mathews selected Scott Coatings as the painter of choice on this repaint project. We have a long standing relationship with Kidder and have done a lot of tilt-ups together as well. Scott Coatings scope of work consisted of the painting of exterior concrete, dock doors, dock levelers, dock door numbers, and coping. We had great project success on this repaint project. Always a great partnership with Kidder Mathews. Looking forward to more next summer!
