Kent Valley 1

project description

This Tilt-up is a tenant distribution warehouse managed by Kidder Matthews. The existing tenant is wine storage, order fulfillment, repackaging, and transportation services.

Kidder Mathews selected Scott Coatings as the painter of choice on this repainting project. We have a long-standing relationship with Kidder and have done a lot of tilt-ups together as well. Scott Coatings’ scope of work consisted of the painting of exterior concrete, dock doors, dock levelers, dock door numbers, and coping. We had great project success on this repainting project. Always a great partnership with Kidder Mathews. Looking forward to more next summer!
