Audi Bellevue

project description

Audi Bellevue is the premier destination for new and pre-owned Audi models in the greater Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, and Sammamish areas. Ferguson was the GC on the parking garage project for Audi Bellevue that would not only be where the cars would be parked but also where they would be cleaned and serviced.

Ferguson named Scott Coatings the painter on this parking garage project. This was our first project with this GC. Scott Coatings scope of work consisted of paint the steel guardrails, handrails, exterior precast concrete, and exterior steel. There was a challenge arose before we began spraying the side of the parking garage that was next to the other existing parking garage that had cars in it. Our field management team came up with the idea of creating an enclosure for the foreman who was spraying the precast concrete and it worked out really well. Project was a success and Ferguson was really impressed with our idea and execution on this project.
