The fastest growing real estate company, Compass, recently opened an office in the west coast with the goal of acquiring West Coast talent. The purpose of this office space is that it will eventually have 100 engineers and 70 operations staff building out the platform for bringing in more agents and buyers.
PCL Construction named Scott Coatings the painter on this project. We have done several great TI type projects with PCL in the past so it only made sense to partner together on this project. Scott Coatings scope included the painting of the walls, ceilings, doors, frames, as well as the steelwork for the stairs for this minimalistic design office space. The project went so well that we received great feedback from the Manager of Special Projects, Ben Reinhardsen. This is what he had to say:
“I wanted to reach out to your teams specifically to acknowledge a great job in finishing strong on PCL’s 503 Westlake Project. The project team achieved Certificate of Occupancy yesterday (9/5), 6 days ahead of our contractual requirement. The Owner is thrilled with their space, and noted that this punch list was their smallest out of their 15 national projects in 2019; these are great achievements and we have your teams to thank.”
