Kirkland Urban-Buildings E & F
project description
Ryan Companies is the owner, developer, and GC on this Kirkland Urban project. The main use for this 600,000 square feet property consists of multifamily, office, mixed-use development, retail, and underground parking.
Ryan Companies award the painting portion of the shell and core to Scott Coatings. We have done a few projects with Ryan and have had great outcomes on them all. The scope of this project consisted of painting concrete walls and columns, installation of wayfinding arrows and numbers, painting AP1 panels, OTS, canopy steel, doors, and frames. We also installed stairwell markings and the photoluminescent permalight. Weather played a big factor in the execution of this project but we were able to find a viable solution for us and the GC to get the job done. Overall great project with Ryan Companies in the Kirkland area.
