Kaiser Permanente HQ

project description

This project was Ryan Companies’ first project in the state of Washington. The site was formally known to have been a horse racing track called, Longacres, which is now Kaiser Permanente’s new multi-use facility. Ryan was the developer, GC, and owner of the property.

In an effort to make a great impression in the Seattle market, Ryan decided to go with Scott Coatings as the painter on the project. Our team’s scope of work included the painting of the walls, doors, ceilings, frames, OTS, and steel beams. The aspect of this project that showed itself to be challenging was a big wall graphic that went along the tall stairwell wall. We had to be very strategic in our approach in working with the scaffolding company to ensure safety and quality were top of mind. Overall the project went great with Ryan Companies’ first project in the Seattle Market.
